Return & Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Returns must be requested within 2 days of purchase.

Note: If the lamination on any of the products was open or torn, the product won’t be subject to return.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@theredrevive.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed via cash on delivery. Please note that it may take some time for the transaction to reflect, depending on your location and the delivery processing times.
